Our Take & Bake Pizza establishment adheres to the Quality Pizza Group Covenant, which is our promise to you to provide the following:
Product Quality
We hand-craft each of our custom, take and bake products from fresh, first quality ingredients. We shop carefully. We choose vendors that provide us with the best of quality products to serve you.
If ingredients don't meet our quality standards, we don't serve them to you! The end result may mean that our products sometimes cost more than our competitors, but they are also worth more.
Health & Safety
All of our staff are properly trained and certified in food and food handling safety. Our store and kitchen will be maintained properly, they will be clean and orderly.
Courteous Service
Our employees will always treat you with courtesy, and we expect the same courtesy from our customers. Everyone can have a bad day now and then, but we expect our "bad days" not to ruin yours!
Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisifed with the products, services or shop appearance, we ask you to let us know and you can rest assured we will do what it takes to make it right.
Corporate Accountability
We expect you to hold us accountable to this covenant. It is our promise to you. We are not perfect, and will sometimes fall short of our own standards, but we know we cannot keep your business if we do not fulfill our covenant.
Our business gladly and voluntarily participates in the QPG Covenant, and if you experience a serious violation of this covenant, we ask you to complete this form and report it to the QPG board:
